The "Fucking Bitches In The Hood" of 2016? It doesn't feel as memey as FBITH but I still get that vibe. This is obviously a very weird track that completely threw me off the first time I heard it, but I kept coming back for more. As annoying as the buzzy sound is, it's very hypnotic in the way it gets you to want to listen. The echoey l l l l l o o o o o v v v v v e e e e e is fun too. My favourite part comes at the ringtone like part just past 2 minutes however, and its subsequent repeat 30 seconds later. It's pretty clearly very silly but it's so much fun, and wow what an experience it was to hear this live. SOPHIE has better but this will have a special place in my heart for a long time I imagine. |
